“Public” is free for live without an API key, from “Personal” onwards you need a subscription via PayPal
With the paid subscription models from “Personal” onwards, all the functions listed below can be explored for 14 days without risk.

(1) Combine up to 4 planes in one API call. Applies to forecast, historic and clear sky data
(2) This is helpful if you have a east/west installation to fetch both planes in one API call
(3) The rate limit is rolling, i.e. not per hour on the clock but per last 60 minutes.
Please note that the forecasts are updated at the earliest every 15 min. due to the weather data used, so it makes no sense to query more often than every 15 min.!
It is technically not possible to change a subscription on PayPal. If you would like to change your subscription please:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Make a new subscription
Public
Best for users without loggers to get a quick idea about coming solar production
No registration (no API key) required and free for life.

Best for users with loggers to integrate the data automatic
Registration with a valid email required, access with personal API key, free trial of 14 days.
Payable for 12 month in advance with PayPal subscription service, accept PayPal payments, credit cards and debit cards.

Best for business users with more than one plant and/or loggers to integrate the data automatic
Registration with a valid email required, access with personal API key, free trial of 14 days.
Payable for 12 month in advance with PayPal subscription service, accept PayPal payments, credit cards and debit cards.
